Who We Are

Sarah K. Khan, Founder, Director. Born in Pakistan and raised on the East coast of United States, Sarah has lived, worked and researched iq option login in South Asia,the Middle East, North and West Africa, China and France. Trained in public health, nutrition and ethnobotany (the broad study of people and plants), Sarah founded The Tasting Cultures Foundation Inc. to develop multimedia educational programming on the intersection of food and culture. She has a BA in Middle Eastern History and Arabic (Smith College); Masters in Public Health and a Masters in Human Clinical Nutrition (Columbia University); and a PhD in Plant Sciences (NYBG and CUNY). She has received numerous grants and fellowships such as a J. William Fulbright Fellowship, CAORC, and Dana Meadows Leadership Fellows in Sustainability.
